William John Golden

Memorial service for William Golden, age 50, of Milaca, will be held Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 6 PM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Milaca with Fr. Jim Remmerswaal, OSC. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. William John Golden was born December 5, 1966 in St. Paul, MN. Bill will be remembered as a duck hunter, handyman, funny guy and that he loved Mountain Dew. He also loved the outdoors and going to Lily Lake. He collected comic books and antiques. He was always there to help people when they needed him. Bill was loved by everyone around him. He passed away on Monday, June 12, 2017 at Fairview University Medical Center. He is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Golden; son, Reice Golden; mother, Wally Marthaler; sister, Jackie Clark; brothers, Jeff Gothier and Jay Gothier; sister-in-law, Jessica Brown; ex-wife, Jamie Golden-Groves; also by many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, William Arnold Golden.
