Todd Lane Morris

Todd Lane Morris, 57, of Foley, Minnesota, passed away unexpectedly on October 21, 2018.  Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018, at 12 Noon at Peterson-Johnson Funeral Home in Milaca.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  A private burial will take place at Meadow Ridge Cemetery in Faribault at a later date.

Todd was born on April 26, 1961, in Faribault, MN.  He formerly resided in Eagan, MN, as well as Aurora, Illinois with his children. 

Todd is survived by his father, Daniel (Juanita) Morris; daughter, Elisabeth (Andrew) Jackson; grandson, Chase Jackson; son, Timothy Morris; step-daughter, Sarah Edmonds (Symeur Torres); grandson Maxton Edmonds-Torres; brother, Daniel Morris (Sandy Bongard); sisters, LaRae Johnson, Kimberly (Russell) Myrman, and Kelsey (Jacob) Haapala; nieces, Selina Morris (Aaron Ottman), Penny, Annie, and Danielle Morris (Eric Thuli), Shawna Trembath, Lacy Myrman, and Evelyn Haapala; nephews, Chad Morris (Jill Fiedler), Jeremy (Andrea) Johnson, Matthew (Deanna Fischer) Myrman, Lane Myrman, and Abel Haapala; great-nieces and nephews, Angelina, Andrew, Samantha, Josie, Jaymi, Jonathan, Samantha, Corissa, Jack, Parker, Denver, Colton, and Roran; and many additional relatives and friends.  Todd was preceded in death by his mother, Diane Morris Rustad, step-father, Herbert Rustad, and great-nephew, Austin Morris. 

Todd was a graduate of Burnsville High School and the Minnesota School of Business.  Todd loved sharing his passion and culinary talent with others during his longstanding career in the restaurant business.  In his youth, Todd was an accomplished martial artist, recently teaching karate locally.  Todd thoroughly enjoyed music, writing song lyrics, singing, and playing the guitar.  Throughout his life, Todd found enjoyment in outdoor activities.  His hobbies included fishing, riding dirt bikes and snowmobiles, collecting tractors, and spending time on the farm.  Todd was a loving family member and a friend to everyone.
