Sandee Otto

A celebration of life for Sandee Otto, age 72, of Milaca, will be Saturday, April 13, 2019 from 11:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Stones Throw Golf Course in Milaca. 

Sandee was born in Pine City, Minnesota on November 18, 1946 to Mel and Ann Peterson.  She attended and graduated from Rush City High School. She was united in marriage to Dale Otto on January 22, 1966 in Rush City.  Sandee lived in Milaca most of her life.  She had many hobbies and things she loved.  Taking long walks, camping, going to garage sales, shopping, special times with her siblings and friends, traveling, spending time with her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids.  Sandee loved Christmas, The Minnesota Wild, the Minnesota Vikings, and a good cup of coffee.

She passed away peacefully after a long struggle with cancer on March 10, 2019 at the Saint Cloud Hospital.

Sandee is survived by her husband, Dale; her children, Scott (Linnea) Otto of Milaca, Gene (Tricia) Otto of Mora, and Sue (Dean) Sorensen of Milaca; grandchildren, Tearza (Aaron) Jones, Trayce Otto, Ted Otto, Cade Sorensen, Keegan Sorensen, and Emmie Otto; great-grandchildren, August, Archie, and Mason; brothers and sisters, Bill (Bonnie) Ferguson, Bonnie (Richard) McNamara, Sue (Robert) Buelin, and Greg (Lori Smith) Peterson; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Linda, and her brother-in law, Butch.
