Nancy Susan Lara

Nancy Susan (Anderson) Lara, age 65, of Pierz, formerly of Milaca, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2018. A viewing and visitation will be held Monday, December 10, 2018 from 5 – 8 PM at Peterson-Johnson Funeral Home in Milaca. 

Nancy was born September 9, 1953 to Gerald and Evelyn (Holmstrom) Anderson in St. Paul, MN. She graduated from Mora High School in 1971.  Nancy was united in marriage to Rodney Mollet on February 25, 1972 in Brookings, SD and they had four children together.  Nancy enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.  She loved all animals, especially her horse, Blue, and her pug, Corcy.  She also enjoyed gardening, baking, spending time with her family and helping others.

She is survived by her children, Tim (Cathy) Mollet, Shannah (Aaron) Kreller, Stephanie (Mike) Mattila and Rodney Jr. (Shannon) Mollet;  grandchildren, Keagon, Grace, Lillian, Jennah, Lauren, Erica, Mallory and Kendra; siblings, Lorrie Anderson, Gerald (Justine) Anderson, Debbie Anderson and Danny (Rachel) Anderson;  also by many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
