Lynn Thorsbakken

Lynn Marie Thorsbakken, age 62, of Milaca, passed away peacefully Saturday, March 21, 2026 at St. Cloud Hospital   Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 11 AM at the Church of St. Anthony in St. Cloud. Visitation will be held Monday, April 6, 2026 from 4 - 7 PM at Peterson-Johnson Funeral Home in Milaca and continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Burial in take place at Forest Hill Cemetery in Milaca following a luncheon at the church.

Lynn was born July 17, 1963 to Charles and Idell (Stang) Muenzer. She lived in Mankato, MN for a number of years. She was united in marriage to Mark Thorsbakken on August 23, 2014. Lynn worked as a baker for 35 years. She loved going on small road trips, visiting candy stores and playing bingo. She was known for her sarcastic sense of humor and quick wit and decorating beautiful cakes. She was very artistic with her Christmas decorations, paintings and cards.

She is survived by her husband, Mark; son, Cody Muenzer; mother, Idell Muenzer; sisters, Pam (Keith) Tews, Paula (Mark) Warnert and Kelly (Jim) Bjork; also by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Chuck Muenzer and brother, Timothy Muenzer.
