John Dominick Sobania

A celebration of life for John Sobania, age 87, of Milaca, will be held Saturday, August 20, 2022 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the Rice Lions Park- 101 4^th Avenue N.W. Rice, Minnesota  56367.

John Dominick Sobania was born January 06, 1935 in Royalton, Minnesota to William and Anna (Kaiser) Sobania.  He was united in marriage to Delores Seehafer on April 10, 1956.

He passed away July 04, 2022 at the Milaca Elim Home.

John is survived by his wife, Delores; sons, Mark (Julie) and Marvin (Shawna); brothers, Steve(Clarice), Elmer, Joseph, Thomas; sister, Regina; step-sister, Mary Lee (Len); grandchildren, Jessica(Mark), Billie Jo (Mike), Chaz(Jenny), Nathaniel (Nicole), Philip (Tasha), and Andrew; step-grandchildren, Jennifer and Jamie; 10 great-grandchildren and 4 step-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Michael; granddaughter, Becky; step-father, Cyril, brothers, Louis and Edward; sisters-in-law, Lucy and Mary.
