Joan (JoAnn) Peggy Burns, age 73, of Milaca, formerly of Columbia Heights and Ortonville, MN, passed away Thursday, April 13, 2023. She was born June 22, 1949 in Minneapolis, MN.

A celebration of life will be held Monday, April 17, 2023 at 4 PM at the Milaca Park Apartments basement.

She is survived by her children, Steven Burns, Stacy (Burns) Willis and Scott Burns; grandchildren, Michael, Cord, Sarah, Chris, Kayla, Kimber, Gabrielle and Elaina and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Benjamin Burns.
