Jeff Beeuwsaert

March 6, 1968 — November 24, 2025

Foreston

Jeffrey John Beeuwsaert, age 57, of Foreston, passed away at home unexpectedly on November 23, 2025.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, December 5, 2025 at 11 AM at St. Louis Bertrand Catholic Church in Foreston. Interment will follow at St. Louis Cemetery. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.

Jeff was born to John and Marlene (Nelson) Beeuwsaert March 6, 1968 in Milaca, MN. He was the oldest of 5 kids.

Jeff grew up on the family farm raising and showing pigs for 4H and tractor pulling. He went to the state fair for his pigs and won trophies for his pulling. Jeff graduated from Milaca High School in 1986. He went to St. Cloud Technical College for mechanics after.

In 1989, Jeff started his 36 year career with Crystal Cabinets. There, he met his future wife, Barb. While teaching her how to work a machine, Jeff said, “If you can do this right, I will take you out for a drink later.” Needless to say, Barb did it right.

Jeff and Barb married on April 25, 1992 at St. Louis Church in Foreston, MN. Together, they had two children, Ross and Ashley.

Jeff was a man of few words, always the quiet one in the room sitting (or napping) in a chair listening to everyone around him. When he was vocal, it was most likely yelling at the TV watching the Wild game. He was always a fixer upper. If he didn’t know how to do something, he would Youtube how to do it and figure it out. He enjoyed sitting in his home office watching farming, mechanical, or technology videos.

Jeff also loved to take vacations with Barb throughout their 31 years of marriage. Together, they traveled to Wisconsin, Iowa, Wyoming, and The Dakotas with Jeff behind the wheel. He also enjoyed taking his two grandchildren, Ayden and Nora, on adventures and making memories with them.

Jeff lost the love of his life, Barb, on October 17, 2023 after months of illness. He was a devoted husband that whole time. Spending many hours at the hospital being by her side.

We are saddened by the sudden passing of Jeff, but are reassured that him and Barb have been reunited once again.

Jeff was preceded in death by his wife, Barb; Dad, John; father-in-law, Clarence; aunts and uncles, Jr and Jenny, Corky, Clayton, Donna, and Joe; and cousin, Vicki.

He is survived by his son, Ross (Amber) Beeuwsaert of Melrose, MN; daughter, Ashley Beeuwsaert of Foreston, MN, his mom, Marlene Beeuwsaert; siblings, Bob (Annette) Beeuwsaert of Cambridge, MN; Amy Homstad of Duluth, MN, Kathy (Chris) Mycue of Milaca, MN, and Lisa (Anthony) Will of Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren, Ayden and Nora Beeuwsaert; and many nieces, nephews, coworkers and friends.

Since Jeff was not a fancy man, we are requesting you wear your Wild hockey or John Deere tractor gear.
