Jay Paul Olson

Memorial services for Jay Olson, age 55, of Milaca, formerly of Brooklyn Park, will be held Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 11 AM at Peterson-Johnson Funeral Home in Milaca. Interment will follow at Wendell Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Tuesday. The family requests that everyone wear flannel, cammo or blaze orange to the service.

Jay Paul Olson was born March 27, 1963 to Arlan and Amy (Nelson) Olson at Robbinsdale, MN.  Jay graduated from Anoka High School in 1981. He loved hunting, ice fishing, cooking, working on cars and his smoke salt invention.  Jay passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2018.

He is survived by his son, Jack Arlan Olson;  parents, Arlan and Amy Olson;  brother, Jon (Jean) Olson;  sister, Jana Olson;  niece, Janikka Olson (Jason Fritz) and their children;  also by many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
