Gayleen Mattson, age 70, of Zimmerman, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2024. A private celebration of life will be held for Gayleen.

Gayleen Joy Mattson, age 70, of Zimmerman, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 31, 2024, in Mesa, Arizona, surrounded by her companion and close-friends.

She is survived by her companion of 17 years, Butch Othoudt; brother, Laren (Kay) Sauter; brother, Gale Sauter; sister-in-law, Candy Sauter; nephews, Chad Sauter, Tony Sauter; nieces, Cassey, Celia Sauter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Mattson; parents, Clarence and Glenna Sauter; brother, Terry Sauter; sister-in-law Stacey Sauter.

Gayleen enjoyed lake life in her log home, traveling to Arizona and other adventures, and playing cards with family and friends. Gayleen retired from H&G Marketing where she made life-long friendships. She was a loving, caring person with an infectious laugh who brought joy to the people around her She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
