Annette Hope Yost

Memorial Mass for Annette Yost, age 77, of Milaca, will be held Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 12 Noon at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Milaca with Fr. Jim Remmerswaal, OSC officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.  Interment will take place at a later date at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

Annette Hope Down went to be with the Lord on December 6^th at the age of 77. She was born on May 20th, 1940 in Minneapolis, MN. After graduating from St Margaret’s High School in Minneapolis, MN, she married Douglas Warren Yost on November 23, 1963 in Northeast Minneapolis.

The couple resided in Minneapolis; then moved to Milaca in 1975. She loved her family, her faith, books, square dancing, dogs and cats. She will be remembered most by her family for her ability to laugh no matter what the circumstance.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Margaret and her husband, Doug.   She is survived by three daughters, Cheryl (Larry) Sperr, Hanover, Christine Yost, Woodbury, and Melissa (Kevin) Kline, Burnsville; one son, Jon (Amanda) Yost, Emily.  She is also survived by eleven grandkids, Ryan, Adam, Evan, Justine, Megan, Josh, Randy, Elizabeth, Allie, Christopher and Norah.

Memorial donations may be made in Annette’s name to St. Mary’s Church or Caring and Sharing Hands.
