Sandra Sue Bailey

Memorial services for Sandy Bailey, age 69, of Milaca, will be held Thursday, June 23, 2016 at 2 PM at First Baptist Church in Milaca with Rev. Tom Sahlstrom officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Sandy passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016 at her home. Sandra Sue Bailey was born August 25th, 1946 in Milaca Township, MN to Harry and Doryce (Benson) Mathison. She married Ron Bailey on February 19, 1966 and recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with family and friends. Sandy lived and worked in Milaca all her life. She worked for Keith Clinic and Fairview Hospital until retiring in 2003. Sandy spent almost all of her time with her husband and family, and with her lifelong friend Nancy Erickson. She enjoyed traveling with family and friends and fishing with Ron. She passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016 at her home in Milaca. Sandy is survived by her husband, Ron Bailey of Milaca; daughter, Ronda Muller of Mascoutah, IL; and son, Tony Bailey of Zimmerman, MN. Sandy has two brothers, Dennis Mathison & wife Lorna, Terry Mathison & wife Lora; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; five nieces and nephews. Sandy is survived by her wonderful friends (AKA, the Fab Four) Nancy, Karen and Phyllis. Sandy blessed her family and friends with love and warmth which will be truly missed and never forgotten.
