Memorial services for Carroll "Corky" Jay Reynolds, Jr., age 58, of Milaca, will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 11 AM at Zion Lutheran Church in Princeton. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Corky passed away Monday, January 4, 2016 at St. Cloud Hospital.
He was born on July 17, 1957 in Duluth, Minnesota, the son of the late Carroll and Barbara (Ferguson) Reynolds. He was united in marriage to Deann Anfinson on September 12, 1998 at Camp Ripley by Pastor Steve Kosberg and Pastor Jerry Cole. They lived in Little Falls until 2008 and then moved to Milaca.
Corky loved to fish, collect postage stamps, model cars, music and fixing up his Dads ‘77 Chevy Pickup truck. He never turned down an opportunity for conversations.
He was a member of Siemers-Hakes VFW 10794 Auxiliary in Milaca and Sons of the American Legion.
Corky is survived by his wife Deann Reynolds; 4-legged children, Bruiser, Little One, Bear, and Callie; parents-in-law Dennis and Doris Anfinson; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Dan and Mary Anfinson and brother-in-law Doug Richter; half-brothers, Richard Reynolds, Milton, Frank and Bruce Zebott, and Robert Gale; half-sisters, Pam Reynolds and Ruthlee Quarn; special cousin Melanie “LaLa” Etsell; special friends Krista Schwering, Cathy Loidolt and Gary Block; and many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; sister Carol Richter; half-sister Michelle Cartie and half-brother Greg Reynolds.
Interment will be in the Spring at Bennetville Cemetery, Hazelton Township, Aitkin County, Minn. Honor Guard by the Siemers-Hakes VFW Auxiliary 10794.
