Betty Lou Fenske

Memorial services for Betty Fenske, age 73, of Milaca, will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 2 PM at Milaca Evangelical Free Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Interment will follow at Borgholm Cemetery near Bock. Betty Lou Fenske was born July 18, 1941 to Peter and Ruby (Carlson) Anderson in Aitkin, MN. Betty worked for many years at Olson Super Value in Milaca. She enjoyed gardening, bowling and crafts. Betty was an animal lover and enjoyed bird watching, cats and dogs. She also loved going to her granddaughter’s sporting events, band concerts and dance recitals. She will be remembered as a loving grandmother, who would call her grandchildren on their birthdays to make them feel special. Betty passed away peacefully on Friday, June 12, 2015 at Milaca Elim Home. She is survived by her sons, Bradley (Jean) Fenske and Brian (Michelle) Fenske; three granddaughters, Susie Fenske, Danielle (Shane) Larson and Jordan Fenske; two great-grandsons, Gavin Barry and Nathan Larson; close friend, Ron McGinnis; also by many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Ronald Anderson.
