Tiffany Lee Larsen

April 9, 1979 — July 11, 2014

Tiffany Lee Larsen (Boyer), age 35 of Foreston, formerly of Oak Grove, passed away Friday, July 11, 2014. Memorial service will be held Friday, July 18, 2014 at 12:00 pm at Trinity Lutheran Church in Milaca. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm with a luncheon to follow the service at the church. Tiffany was born on April 9, 1979 in Minneapolis. She spent her childhood in Oak Grove where she graduated from St. Francis High School. On May 25, 2002 she married her best friend, Mark Larsen, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Milaca. Tiffany’s passion involved helping and caring for people. She adored children, especially infants and spent the beginning of her career working at New Horizon Day Care Center in Elk River. She later worked in the family business at Erickson-Larsen, Inc., but her passion of helping and caring for people won out. She followed her heart to become a certified medical assistant in 2011. Shortly after, she went to work at Mille Lacs Health System in Onamia, which she dearly loved. She enjoyed snowmobiling, four-wheeling, camping, bonfires with friends and family, hanging out with the girls, dolphins and GARY ALLAN. But her greatest loves were Mark and her son, Eric. Her greatest and proudest achievement was her son, Eric. She loved to attend all of his activities and was so incredibly proud of him. She is survived by her husband, Mark Larsen and son, Eric Larsen; mother, Denise Miller; father, Doug Boyer (Patience Popovich); sister, Athena Degel (David Erickson); parents-in-law, Merwyn and Dorothy Larsen; sister-in-law, Jennifer (Lance) Jensen; brother-in-law, Rich (Jessica) Larsen; 10 nieces and nephews and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by grandmother, Marcella (Carrol "Bud") Haldorson; grandfather, Joseph Miller; grandparents, Harold and June Boyer; friend, Beverly Beeson.
