Darwin Lynn Sengbusch

Funeral services for Darwin L. Sengbusch, age 60, of Milaca, will be held Thursday, January 09, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. at the Peterson-Johnson Funeral Home in Milaca with Rev. Marty Hancer officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services. Interment will be at Borgholm Cemetery near Bock at a later date. Darwin Lynn Sengbusch was born January 26, 1953 to George and Lavina (Jandl) Sengbusch in Forest City, Iowa. He moved with his family to Milaca area in 1957, where he graduated from high school. Darwin went on to attend college at Golden Valley Lutheran and graduated in 1973. Darwin enjoyed playing softball, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Darwin passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, January 6 2014 surrounded by his family. He is survived by daughters, Michelle (Bill), Brianne and Holly; son, Tony; grandchildren, Caleb, Hailey, Bradyn, Julianna, Cameron and Shelby; brother, Gary; nephew, Bill and many friends. Darwin was preceded in death by his parents George and Lavina; son-in-law, Nick McChesney and sister-in-law, Barbara.
