Eunice Marie Johnson

Funeral services for Eunice Johnson, age 77, of Houston, TX, formerly of Mora, will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 11 AM at Milaca Evangelical Free Church with Rev. Brent Burckart officiating. Interment will follow at Borgholm Cemetery near Bock. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Eunice Marie Johnson was born November 19, 1934 in Orton, MN to Julius and Beatrice (Vangstaad) Jensen. She was united in marriage to Luther W. Johnson on October 2, 1953. Most of their life together was lived in Mora, MN, and Eunice and Luther were Shaklee distributors. She was also active in Emmanuel Baptist Church in Mora. In retirement, Eunice and Luther moved to Houston, TX. Luther preceded her to the presence of the Lord on January 12, 2011. Eunice was reunited with Luther before the Throne of the King for eternity on January 22, 2012. She is survived by a son Charles (Susan) Johnson of Spring, TX, a daughter Sharon of Houston,TX, a daughter Catherine (Mark) Swanson of Marlton, NJ, four grandchildren, Hannah Johnson, Eric, Christine, and Tim Swanson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther and her parents.
